Who are we?

We are a group of crypto enthusiasts based in Germany looking to build a small cap exchange with the following requirements: No KYC & No Gimmicks. We focus our attention on keeping deposits, withdrawals and trades working as quickly, efficiently and safely as possible.

We will never ask for your identifying information. What you see here is what you get, we don't have the gimmick that plagues many other little hat exchanges.

Can I list my assets here?

Yes. We do not charge a listing fee. If you wish to be registered, simply click on the 'Asset list' link at the bottom of the page. As long as your assets pass our internal criteria, we will get you listed as soon as possible.

'Internal Criteria' can include things like the type of asset, the size of your community, what your assets represent, community interactions, and many other things.

Why do you need two-factor security?

Two-factor security is by far one of the best ways to secure your account and prevent unauthorized use. Passwords are routinely leaked all the time on the internet. Even if someone has your password, if they don't have access to your two-factor device, then they can't log in. You can use the website without two-factor security, but a daily limit may be placed on your account.

Do you offer airdrops or other competitions or gimmicks?

Notes. Our focus is on the security and speed of trading, deposits and withdrawals only. We will not offer such things.

How do you store coins safely while they are stored here?

We store most of the funds in offline secure wallets. When a deposit comes into the system, we move it directly to a secure wallet, then we only move assets to a withdrawal wallet as needed. The amount we keep in the withdrawal wallet may vary depending on the volume of withdrawal activity.

What is your backup policy?

We back up databases, configuration files and wallet files every 4 hours. The backup is then taken by an external server for storage with a 30 day retention. External backup servers do not have public IP addresses and are stored in a secure area.

Do I need to use my real name when registering?

No, but if you lose your password as well as access to your email, then the name you provide may be the only way we can verify that the account belongs to you. So keep that in mind.

What action do you take on an account cancellation request?

First, make sure your account has no funds balance and no open orders. After verification of the account closure request: The account will be deactivated, the email address used for login will be deleted, the given name will be deleted, all login history will be deleted, the last login and registration IP on the account will be deleted , and all withdrawal addresses associated with the account will be deleted. deleted.
