 Stobox is a fundraising solution suitable for small and medium-sized businesses, investment funds, and real estate developers from award-winning companies.

Technical and Product Development

Most of the core functionality for managing and transferring security tokens has been completed. We focus on several epics:

1. Documentation for client orientation. Issuance and management of pegged securities requires specialist knowledge and assistance. Therefore, we are working on documentation to make the onboarding process fast and easy for our clients.

2. Assessment of future functionality. We apply several DeFi concepts to Stobox products related to pegged securities. For example, the possibility of using your security token as collateral to borrow crypto creates new opportunities for investors. In addition, we are working on the Dividend Payment and Corporate Voting functions

3.Launched DS Swap Beta. As you may know from previous publications and reports, Stobox has implemented secondary trading of securities that are tokenized through AMM, particularly through Uniswap. Given the fact that Uniswap v3 has been released, we have had to adjust the integration and analyze the properties and implications of the product for our clients.


In the next 2 weeks, we plan to publish the Stobox Exchange release package, which includes a beta launch date, bug bounty and marketing activity.

We are working on the ERC-20 <> BEP-20 Bridge.
